Hackers steal Michael Jackson’s music files

London -A large number of music files of the late “king of pop” Michael Jackson were allegedly stolen from record company Sony Music by computer hackers, sources familiar with the case said on Monday.
Sony Music, a unit of Sony Corps, signed a 250 million dollars deal with Jackson’s estate in 2010, the year after the “Thriller” singer’s death, to release 10 albums covering previously unreleased material and his back catalogue.
On Friday, two men appeared in a British court accused of offences connected with the alleged security breach.
They were arrested last May and charged in September.
James Marks and James McCormick denied the charges under the Computer Misuse Act and the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act at Leicester Crown Court.

Abramovich faces struggle to rebuild

LONDON (AFP) – Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich  looks set to target top bosses like Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho as he searches for a permanent successor to Andre Villas-Boas, but some of his former managers have warned the Russian’s hands-on approach makes it an impossible job.
Abramovich is searching for his eighth manager in five years after sacking Villas-Boas just 257 days into his turbulent reign at Stamford Bridge.
Former Chelsea midfielder Roberto Di Matteo will take charge until the end of the season, but Barcelona chief Guardiola and Real Madrid boss Mourinho are believed to the leading names on Abramovich’s wanted list.
Abramovich is certain to try to tempt one of those managerial giants with the promise of a hefty salary and substantial transfer warchest.
However, there is a growing belief that the tycoon’s dictatorial regime, which has seen six managers axed,

The record label’s manager and promoter, Mr. Sunday Are, who claimed ignorance of the development, said: “ I have just arrived from Ghana where I took one of my artistes, Omawunmi,  on playing tour. I will get back to you as soon as I settle down and I am in touch with the duo.”
A source close to Mo’Hits records told Vanguard, that not only was the story true but its also  unfortunate.
“It is unfortunate that this kind of thing should happen when success is knocking on the door for these two guys. How can one explain this? Its simply unexplainable”, our source lamented.

Man slices rival’s penis

AIX-EN-PROVENCE  (AFP) – A Frenchman goes on trial Thursday for cutting his girlfriend’s lover’s penis off and flushing it down the toilet.
Blaise Fragione, 38, admits that in October 2008 he knocked out the victim, named only as “F.”, with a blow to the head, severed most of his penis with a razor knife and threw it in the toilet.
Fragione says that he “lost it” after F. came to tell him he was having a relationship with “Mado”, his partner of 14 years and mother of his two children.
“The sudden revelation of this adultery made him lose control,” said Fragione’s lawyer, Marc Ceccaldi. “He is well aware that he caused a significant trauma.”
